Consultation & Quote

We'll follow up with a personalised quote and, if needed, a quick consultation to align on your vision, theme, and budget.

  • Receive a detailed, itemised quote with no hidden fees
  • We'll discuss colour palettes, styling direction, and hire options
  • Happy to customise any package or mix & match individual items

Confirm & Book

Once you're happy with the quote, we lock in your event date with a deposit. Simple as that. Your date is secured.

  • A deposit is required to confirm and hold your booking
  • Remaining balance is due before or on your event date
  • You'll receive a booking confirmation outlining all the details

Delivery & Setup

We arrive at your venue on the day and handle all the delivery, setup, and styling. So you don't have to lift a finger.

  • We coordinate directly with your venue on arrival times
  • Full setup included with all styling packages
  • Hire-only orders can be delivered or collected from us

All that's left to do is enjoy your beautifully styled event. We'll return after to pack everything down and collect it. Completely stress free.
